Chef Jaime Baquera
For the past five years, Chef Jaime has worked his culinary magic at Mesa Street. Chef Jaime attended Johnson & Wales Culinary in Rhode Island, where he worked as part of the culinary team for the 1996 U.S. Olympic Team in Atlanta. He began his culinary career at El Paso's Marriot fine dining restaurant, Chatfield's. He has distinguished himself as an El Paso Celebrity Chef in both 2005 and 2006.

Chef Daniel Guerra
Chef Danny has been at Mesa Street for over 3 years. He holds a culinary degree from EPCC Culinary Program. A current member of the American Culinary Federation, Chef Danny shares his love of creative foods with aspiring students at his alma mater.

Chef Julio Mendoza
Chef Julio came to Mesa Street over two years ago. He has traveled a long way to bless us with his wit, laughter and wonderful skills. Originally from Guatemala, he has sautéed his way through Brazil and Los Angeles before working at the very popular Chloe for six years. For two years prior to joining the Team here at Mesa Street, Chef Julio worked at the memorable "The Bistro."

Chef Melissa, once only a personal chef, is the newest member of our Chef Team. A graduate of Culinary Art Institute of Houston, she is versatile in both savory and sweet traditions.
