Our 7 Point Re-opening Plan

Preparing for the moment when we can re-open our dining rooms, the Mesa Street Grill team has followed a plan that puts your health and safety at the center of all we do. It is a comprehensive, multi-layered approach with guidance from public health experts.

SCREENING, TEMPERATURE CHECKS & EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Extensive employee protocols are put in place including screening questions, employee temperature checks and training programs on health and safety protocols. We ask  guests to stay at home if they have COVID-19 related symptoms or live with someone who has recently tested positive or has symptoms. 

MANDATORY MASKS & PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

While we encourage guests to wear masks while not consuming. Employees will be required to wear an approved mask while working and gloves will continue to be worn by employees who require them to do their jobs.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

We have implemented 6-foot physical distancing policies throughout the restaurant. Our tables separated by more than the 6-foot minimum. Where and when this isn’t feasible, we will mitigate as best as possible. 

HANDWASHING & ENHANCED SANITATION

Guests at our restaurant will find easy access to hand sanitizer throughout the restaurant. Although our cleaning protocols have always been important, we have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas using cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines.

HVAC CONTROLS AND AIR QUALITY

Rigorous measures have been taken to provide as much outside air circulation as we can throughout our buildings and guest rooms with air filters that meet or exceed published standards. 

INCIDENT RESPONSE PROTOCOLS

We are heavily focused on reducing the chance for the infection to spread on our property. In the unfortunate event a guest or employee tests positive for the virus, we will activate protocols and leverage our trained staff to respond quickly so that exposed areas are thoroughly sanitized in the event of an incident. If a guest happens to fall Ill or experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19, we ask that they inform us as soon as possible so we can implement staff wide testing and containment protocol..
